Difference between .co and .com

Please do some changes in it to determine the differenece between .co and .com domains.

here's the example

i want to check to serp of
http://thebestspinner.co

at this anchor "the best spinner" it is showing that its top 1st, but it is not actually. At top there is .com domain.
